Ella Sayward was baptized today at St. Anne's Church in Annapolis. She looked precious in her first white dress and special bonnet. She did a wonderful job--stayed alert the entire time, observed everything and everyone around her, was inquisitive about where the water was coming from when the Priest baptized her, and "talked" when the Priest read Bible passages. We were so proud of Ella! We celebrated as a family afterwards at our home with lots of delicious food and a scrumptious cake. Ryan Lewis, Ella's God Father, made the trip from Atlanta to celebrate this special occasion. Megan De Stefano, Ella's God Mother, was there in thought as she had a trip previously planned to Switzerland--but we hope to celebrate with her soon! Both sets of grandparents came as well as Uncle Adam (who flew up from Florida!) and the Bonzella clan.
